Our holiday apartment is 83m² and offers optimal comfort for 5 people on two floors.

Apartment size: Ground floor approx. 60 sq m + basement 23 sq m.

1 bedroom + 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, living room, kitchen with dining area.

Large south-west facing terrace with two seating areas, large garden with views of the Rauschberg and Unternberg mountains.

In the basement, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The basement is available for an additional €20.00 per person for the third person and each additional person is €15.00 per person.

Upon request, the basement can be booked for an additional €20.00 per night for each additional person.

Large windows in the basement let in plenty of natural light.

1 underground parking space and a large bicycle and ski storage room are included.

We also have a second holiday apartment (2nd floor) for 2 people in the same building.
