"The house was beautiful and spacious and very clean. The location was nice and quiet. One of the bedrooms is listed as having 4 twins beds, but this is not really a bedroom, but a section of a living space that is open to a living room and kitchen. This made our sleeping arrangements a little different than expected. There was a construction crew at the house the entire week of our stay, updating the garage and digging a trench for electrical in the yard. This was not communicated to us at all and was frustrating as we had kids playing outside. There were several issues with electrical, missing smoke detectors, and smoke detectors that went off at odd times. Using the double oven flipped the breaker every time, and we did not get support from the host to fix. We ended up finding the lead on the construction project that came to fix these issues. He was very helpful and quick to take care of it. I would hope these wouldn't be concerns going forward, but are examples of how the host was not very communicative.Aside from the communication around the construction and electrical issues, this was a great place for a large group."

"Tim is a fantastic host! He came over and gave us a tour of his beautiful house, and explained everything to us - codes, where to find items, and how to work appliances, and what an amazing space! Huge dining area and great room, great kitchen with SO many dishes for kids and grownups, and an abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms! Plus he had chips, dips and s'more- makings all for the taking! The pool was constantly in use, and we had fun in the game barn and making s'mores at the fire pit! The 7 grandkids would be worn out from swimming so the 10 adults could hang out and play games at night. We had so much fun! The Sawyer Inn was better than we hoped for, and that's saying a lot!"

"- The house was spacious with the large entertainment area for our family of 10 adults & 3 children- There were plenty of bathrooms and showers for all of us - The only thing I would note for future renters is to understand that this is actually a 4 bedroom with a pass through area housing 4 twin beds; there is no door nor privacy for this space We made it work and had a wonderful time- The beach is a close drive & there are plenty of wineries within a 15-20 minute drive as well- The hosts Mitchell & Rebecca were very timely with our communications & pleasant to work with"
