We also ate at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. We have two negative comments: 1) This is our third time staying at this hotel and our room this time did not have any comfortable chairs as in the past. 2) The lobby coffee in the morning is terrible - not prepared correctly - much too weak and watery."

Additionally, I still have not received the refund for my deposit, and there was also a lack of clarity regarding the items and charges from the product area in the lobby that I had to use out of necessity. Overall, I had much higher expectations for this stay."
