"The hotel rooms are comfortable. It is very convenient for the North Terminal. It is however expensive to eat and drink there."

"The only problem was the slope in the bath. In order to get under the shower, you have to walk uphill and stand on the slope. That makes it feel precarious and slippery, and I don't think it's very safe."

"All great - and perfect for a one night stay but Car Parking a problem - we arrived late and the car park was full and it was a walk through an industrial estate to park off road somewhere. Not ideal if you were a solo traveller and having to negotiate that area a night. Would put me off booking again which is a shame because the hotel itself and the staff were great"

"Good location and nice hotel. Needs some work though, shower didn't work properly and both the bathroom door and main door has no lock. The stay was fine for 8 hours before the flight. Priced pretty well and free parking! Happy with that part. Hotel did a great job of sorting the fire alarm that went off at 7am. Got it sorted within a few minutes. Happy with that too."

"We had a lovely time at the Royal Wells. The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and the hotel also has a working lift. It has a calm atmosphere and is perfectly located with proximity to the town from where all the shops and restaurants are within easy reach. But for me what made our stay particularly special was the professional, efficient and warm welcome of the staff in reception and in the restaurant each day to whom I want to say a big thank you."
