"The rooms are spacious and kept clean - We noticed this as soon as we checked in. Staff were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end and the location is perfect if heading towards the mall or into the medina area. Food places and shops very close by in the mall. Staff downstairs always helped get a taxi and even negotiate a fair and trusted price for us each time. Very happy that I stayed at the Radisson Blue in Marrakech will definitely be returning! Until then."

"AC didn’t keep the room cool enough and I booked a poolside view but got city. Hotel is looking tired. Shower was either too hot or too cold. Had a nespresso machine but no spoon or milk. "Initially had a misunderstanding at the front desk, but it got reconciled, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time the staff in all areas from the restaurant to the pool are very polite and attentive trying to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice. "
