The Space:
The lounge has a smart TV with Netflix, and there's a Nespresso machine in the kitchen, along with an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer. A washing machine and a dryer help on a longer stay.

Sleeping arrangement:
- Bedroom 1: super king bed, which splits into two singles
- Bedroom 2: double bed
- Lounge: small sofa bed, for one more on a short stay

The bathroom has a bath and an electric shower. A travel cot and a high chair are there for little ones.

The flat is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels.

Guest Access:
The whole flat is yours, on the second floor. It has its own parking space, with visitor spaces as well.

The Neighborhood:
The Fat Pug is a 2 minute walk and the Star & Garter 8. In town, Fizzy Moon Brewhouse is 14 minutes on foot, The White Horse 15, Fox & Vivian 18 and the Royal Pug 19, and Cinda's Kitchen and La Bottega are both about 15. Jephson Gardens and the Pump Room Gardens are 20.

By car, Warwick Castle is 6 minutes away and Hatton Adventure World 14.

Getting Around:
Leamington Spa station is a 5 minute drive or a 23 minute walk, with trains to London Marylebone and Birmingham. Warwick Hospital is 6 minutes by car. Park in your own space at the flat.

Other Things to Note:
The flat is on the second floor. The sofa bed is small, for one more person on a short stay.

🧹 Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £100.80 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
🐶 Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.
