Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. This is our second year staying at this hotel and I’m not sure if we’ll book again when we come back next year. the morning lady who also stocked the breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave our daughter some food to feed the turtles. Room was clean, water didn’t get hot in the shower. Friendliness and customer service will go a long way. Don’t know who the guy behind the counter was at night, but he absolutely sucks at his job. I don’t even care if he owns the hotel. Shower was so bad I would not let my dog bath in it. Paint pealing off the walls and ceiling.this room should not be rented out to anyone till it has a deep clean. The lamp only works if you plug it in for on and unplug to turn it off. Very sad. Room 824\. The hot tub only had 3 jets that worked.
