Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful historic hotel. Couldn't be more convenient in terms of walkability to downtown Hot Springs. The biggest treat is the double decker pool and hot tub, which is built into the incline of the mountain just behind the hotel. It's amazing staying at such a gorgeous property that also happens to be on National Park land.

The properties is very nice. I wish the rooms were updated. We stayed on the 6th floor which is for pets. The hallway smelled great. But once you got into the room, it was a urine smell.

We had a great stay despite our room having a rusted sink, an unpatched hole in the bathroom wall, rust/mold in the shower and an air conditioner that could not be turned down we froze the first night out of a three-night stay.
