"The cabin was absolutely amazing with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. A total of 9 people with 4 people on the first floor and 5 people on the second floor ( main floor). The kitchen on the main floor was small but that wasn’t a problem because I do all the cooking. I love to cook and the kitchen was very well appointed. There is another full kitchen downstairs but besides the microwave I don’t think it was used. The gas fire places were definitely a plus as we are from south Florida and we got cold. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the grill as well. Our host Carol was amazing! She called shortly after our arrival on the house phone. FYI… you may not get cellular phone reception. We had to call her once since our power went out due to a thunder storm but it was quickly restored. We loved the kayaks and canoes and explored waterfalls in the lake. The hot tub was great."

"We have stayed in a number of properties and locations within BLR over the last 5 years, and this one is absolutely the best! With small children, being walking distance from the lake club and ON the beach was a game changer for us. The house is very well equipped, there was nothing we noted was missing. We hope to stay here again in the future!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Lake Reserve. The property is very special- very wooded, full of nature, and the condo and rest of the Lake Club areas are all beautiful. The location of the condo was very good- it's very close to the Lake Club where the beach and pool are. Just a short drive down to it with plenty of parking. The condo was extremely clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and there was everything we needed stocked. The view is through the trees and you see the lake below, very relaxing!The clubhouse area is gorgeous with stunning views from the pool and the beach was much larger than I expected. We were able to bring our paddleboards and put them right on the beach and go back and forth from the beach to the pool and we needed. The lunch and drinks served at the pool were great too. Friendly staff as well. It is a secluded place in nature which was just what were were looking for to relax and renew."

"Our family enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing summer vacation here and it was such a beautiful setting. The view of the water and mountains and sunsets was truly rejuvenating. And the concerns over internet speeds was a blessing for our two "screenagers" and created less distractions and more puzzles, card games and conversations that we will cherish."

"Wonderful stay at a cozy condo in a great spot to enjoy all of Bear Lake. We spent most of our time enjoying the mountain air on the porch, but the entire condo was furnished comfortably and had everything we needed to prep breakfasts and dinners. We loved having the option to walk down to the clubhouse (at least until my son saw a bear and was nervous to go back down again!). If the rental above is occupied, it can be kind of loud, but we slept hard after being outside all day so definitely not a deal breaker. Would love to come again one day."
