"House was great for our family and kids of all ages. Plenty of room. The deck overlooking the lake is a great spot. We enjoyed the golf and pickleball. The pool club has a good bit of deferred maintenance. "

"We had an incredible stay at this lake house! The location couldn’t have been better—right on the water and just a short walk to the clubhouse. The views were stunning, and we loved how peaceful and tranquil everything felt. The house itself was the perfect size for our group of 4–6 people, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and super comfortable (Wife would have loved all the throw pillows but this was a father son get away. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the deck or taking a hike to the waterfall, every moment was relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a serene Bear Lake escape!"

"The condo was suprisimgly huge with beautiful views and close proximity to the lake club that had a delicious restaurant and coffee shope, gym and sauna.The condo has beautiful views of the forest an lountains. It was super comfortable and we enjoyed sipping hot chocolate by the fireplace! "

" It was a quiet area, but I did not feel secure due to the close proximity of the neighbors. The house could use some extra TLC when cleaning it. The front porch was cluttered with a couple of jars of liquid (possible bug traps?), the dryer that resembles the one inside the house in the pictures as of 10/9/24, and a bowl full of cigarette butts. The kitchen table and drawer handles were sticky. There were several stink bugs in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with an assortment of dishes, but very disorganized. The furniture was dirty. The other dryer in the house was missing the START button. There was not an electric socket to plug the dryer in and no vent hose. There is an AC unit in the living room, but not in the bedroom. The host made a rude comment about my child when we stated that we were not going to stay at the house and requested a refund. "

"We loved this pet friendly property! The sounds of the water and the porches surrounded by natural beauty created such a delightful experience for us. The kitchen is so nice and made cooking during our stay a joy!"

"We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. The house had plenty of parking and was very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the many hummingbirds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals in. We enjoyed hikes in the neighborhood and spent a great day on the lake. It was very easy to reserve a boat and the marina employees were super helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the Lake Club restaurant and spent a day in Cashiers. We highly recommend this home and would love to come back one day."
