The ability to heat the pool and reach the desired water temperature depends on the outdoor weather conditions.Villa Vellora is located in Rovinjsko Selo, approximately 6 km from the nearest beach, and accommodates up to 8 guests. The modern villa features three bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms. All bedrooms have king-size beds measuring 2 × 2.10 m. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool and a terrace.Upstairs, a spacious entertainment room is equipped with table football, a TV, a PS4 console and board games. A table tennis table is also available. Covered parking for two cars is provided.Villa Vellora is just a short drive from Rovinj, known for its old town, numerous restaurants and cafés, and beaches. Its location also allows guests to explore other parts of Istria, including local gastronomy and cultural heritage.
