The house is spread over one floor. Interior size is 57m2 andterraceis33m2\. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. In front of the house guests can use BBQ facilities. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden of 2000 m2\. We stayed in this beautiful house in Rovinj, Croatia, with family and friends — 6 adults, a small child, and even our dog — and it was absolutely perfect! There was more than enough space for everyone. The house is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need: air conditioning, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a TV. The outdoor area is simply amazing — very large and full of trees that provide pleasant shade during the day. There’s a lovely terrace at the entrance with a small coffee table and chairs, and a big dining table where we had all our meals. We especially loved the well-equipped BBQ area with a sink and countertop, plus another covered seating area nearby. There’s even a summer shower, perfect after a day at the beach. For relaxation, there are hammocks, a swing for children, and at night the garden is beautifully lit. You can even see the sea from the terrace! The beach is just a 7-minute walk away. Der Check Inn mit mit den Eigentümern war unproblematisch und freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses zwischen den Olivenhainen ist traumhaft schön und ruhig, von der Terrasse aus hat man Meerblick. Das Haus ist schön und funktional und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der das riesige Grundstück großartig fand. Besonders toll ist der große und sehr funktionale Grillplatz neben dem Haus. Bis zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußmarsch. Zu empfehlen wäre, die nähere Umgebung mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist groß und vollständig eingezäunt - perfekt für unsere Hunde. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Meer ist wie insgesamt alle Straße hier steinig und dauert ca. 10-15 Minuten.Die Navigation zur Adresse ist etwas schwierig ( nicht dem Navi vertrauen!) In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nur die Restaurants am Campingplatz. Wer Ruhe und Alleinlage ( in der Nebensaison!) sucht, ist hier richtig. Durch die Lage hat man seine Ruhe und einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Für die Anfahrt muss man die letzten 100 Meter über Schotterpiste fahren. Die Ausstattung der Küche war in Ordnung. Vor allem die Spülmaschine ist bei dem Geschirr für maximal 6 Personen super wichtig. Die Unterkunft ist klimatisiert und rundum mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Dusche und Bad sind klein aber gut und sauber. Die Klospülung benötigt etwas lange zum Nachlaufen. Vor allem der umzäunte Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten lädt zum relaxen, grillen und schaukeln ein. Vielen Dank an Samanta und Ihren Eltern für die tolle Unterkunft. ##### Marius B. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es wurde alles erklärt. Das Haus war wirklich sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben, nichts war veraltet, alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Grundstück ist wirklich hundesicher, unsere Hunde haben es geliebt. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Meer, es ist sehr ruhig, und doch ist man schnell in Rovinji. Bei der Anfahrt unbedingt über den Campingplatz Vestar anfahren und nicht nach Navigation von der Hauptstrasse zwischen Bale und Rovinj! Das einzige was uns etwas gefehlt hat ist ein Staubsauger,was mit Hunden sicherlich noch sinnvoll ist. Minden tökéletes volt, azt kaptunk amit megvettünk, és azt kaptuk amit szerettünk volna. Talán azt szúrtuk el hogy többett kellett volna itt tartózkodnunk. A Kutyáink azonnal birtokba vették a kertet, ők is végig jól érezték magukat. Az apartman kényelmes, a terasz részen és bent is, az épület elosztása tökéletes. Mi Október legvégén voltunk még jó idő volt a szállás azonban hideg volt, de a klíma hamar megoldotta azt is. Mosni is tudtunk magunkra. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das absolute Highlight ist der große Garten mit Hängematten, Outdoor-Küche und alten Olivenbäumen. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe vom Strand und Campingplätzen, aber weit vom Tummel entfernt. Die Ansprechpartner waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Унікальний будинок для відпочинку серед оливкових дерев. Ділянка дуже живописна та затишна, здалеку видно море. Дуже зручний будинок, привітні господарі. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben aber kaum Zeit drinnen verbracht. Der Garten ist herrlich, liebevolle Details. So viele Sitzgelegenheiten geben immer wieder neue Perspektiven, gemütliche Hängematten, toller, gemauerter Grill, alte Olivenbäume, wilder Salbei in der Wiese. Vogelgezwitscher, Schmetterlinge, einfach wunderbar. Lokale sind zu Fuß erreichbar, das Wasser mit Steinstrand ebenso. Bis zum Meer kann man 5 min zu Fuß gehen. Es ist ruhig und man kann sogar das Meer sehen und dabei ganz gemütlich seinen Café trinken. Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist und das Grundstück ist super groß und komplett umzäunt. Das besondere ist, dass keiner um einen herum ist! Man hat absolute Privatsphäre! Wir haben uns toll erholt und das Ferienhaus ist nur zum weiterempfehlen!
