This cosy studio apartment is located in a holiday home in Rovinj, Istria, just about 100 metres from the sea. With 25 m², it offers space for up to 2 people and convinces with a combined living, sleeping and kitchen area with a double bed, sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, gas cooker, refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils and dining table for 4 people.   
  
The 10 m² large, partially covered terrace facing southwest is equipped with lounge furniture, a table and chairs, and offers direct access to the garden/courtyard. Pets are welcome.   
  
The holiday home has courtyard and garden use, a sun terrace and a garden terrace. It is located quietly in a residential area, while restaurants, supermarkets, the town centre and the beach are within a few minutes' walk.   
  
In the surrounding area, numerous leisure activities are available, including water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling, tennis, kayaking, beach volleyball, sightseeing, wine tastings, and museum visits.   
  
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, bedding, towels, heating, internet (Wi-Fi), use of the communal washing machine, and kitchen towels. Pets will be charged separately.
