Apartment for 2 persons ST1: approx. 50 m2, located on the ground floor. The apartment comprises a double bedroom, a living room with sofa, kitchen and dinette, and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is a terrace with direct access to the beautiful yard.

 Your hosts, Ljiljana & Valter, offer homemade products like wine, schnapps, cheese and jam for purchase. Furthermore, you may have breakfast and/or dinner served upon request. WiFi free of charge. About 15 km from Rovinjsko Selo, close to Bale, there is a private recreation lot with olive grove, fruit trees and shady pavilion available to guests of house Leandra. The plot is only 300 m away from some beautiful natural beaches, which are not crowded even in the summer months.  
  
 Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
