### Impressive apartment with roof terrace, sea view, baby crib, air conditioning, private parking space

The studio is a 20-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute walk from the nearest beach. The interior area is 35 m2 and the balcony is 8 m2\. Bed linen and towels are provided by the property. All guests have access to a shared barbecue in the courtyard of the house. A private parking space is located directly in front of the building.  
It is 1.5 km from the property to the beach and 1.5 km to the center. The nearest grocery store is 300 meters from the vacation property. The surrounding restaurant is 400 meters away.
