Holiday house Julian is located 4 km from Rovinj, on a large property of 1.500 m2. The beautiful sea view will take your breath away.

Guests can enjoy with full privacy a beautiful garden with a 32 m2 swimming pool, a children's playground and a covered tent. In the garden you can see olive trees, various flowers, grapes and apple trees.

The ground floor terrace with outside fireplace / barbecue and outside table is also covered, in a pleasant shade, surrounded by greenery.

The house consists of ground floor and 1st floor (1st floor is not available - locked and not used by anyone). 2 bedrooms and living room can accommodate 6 people. You have 1 queen-size bed, 2 single beds and a sleeping sofa. The living room has an air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine.

Up to 4 cars can park on fenced parking. The whole property has a WiFi connection.

It has been awesome! The house offered really everything. We had so much nice space. Pool was great, sitting on the evening on the terrace watching sundown and sea. Unbelievable! We would definitely book it again. Very recommendable!!

Traumhafte Liegenschaft und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber

Wir sind sehr oft in Ferienhäusern eingemietet, wenn wir in Urlaub fahren. Diese Liegenschaft topt alles bisherige. Super Ausstattung, extrem sauber, macht alles einen neuwertigen und hochwertigen Eindruck. Auch die Außenanlagen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Hinzukommt der Gastgeber, der sehr zuvorkommend ist und gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Das Haus ist bis zu den Gewürzen die man in der Küche vorfindet, wie ein eigenes zuhause ausgestattet. Lage ist ruhig, mit Blick aufs Meer. Man ist schnell in Rovinj. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur allen ans Herz legen und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Hier stimmte -zumindest nach unserer Auffassung- einfach alles. Vom freundlichen Empfang der Gastgeber über das komplette Anwesen bis hin zur ruhigen, aber dennoch günstigen Lage. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und auch unser Familienhund konnte sich auf dem komplett umzäunten Grundstück ausreichend bewegen. Für unsere 2-jährige Tochter gab es einen kleinen Spielplatz und für Spaß im Wasser sorgte der großzügige Pool
