The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Rovinj. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
