Disgusting and full of dust

The only redeeming aspect of this experience was the agency representative (not the property owner), who kindly offered to clean the floor himself using his own household equipment. The owners, on the other hand, were unavailable and showed complete indifference to the situation. Our gratitude goes solely to him.
