We were travelling with a child and we had everything needed in a walk distance: 1min to a big playground, 10min to a beach, 15min to Rovinj old center. Furniture and decoration are pretty new, beds were comfort in both bedrooms. There is an outside terrace with a place for dinner and clothes drying. Calm neighbourhood with polite and lovely people.
