### Bavica studio with private parking

A studio not far from Rovinj with garden and parking. The place is situated close to village Cocaleto just outside of Rovinj. the place is situated on the first floor available only by stairs. The studio has a small kitchen with utensils, water kettle, fridge., stove and dinning area, the bedroom has a sofa, internet WI FI, air condition, a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and towels are provided. There is a garden outside that is shared with the apartment in the same house. The beach Vestar is about 5 min drive distance, Rovinj city is about 10-15 min drive away

Los propietarios fueron muy amables y nos lavaron una lavadora. Pero lamentablemente no podemos decir que estuviéramos a gusto en ese apartamento. Las ventanas tenían mosquiteras que no estaban ajustadas y entraban mosquitos continuamente, el sol entraba desde el amanecer hasta que atardecía era insoportable estar en esa casa sin tener el aire acondicionado encendido. Hubiese estado bien que hubiesen puesto unas cortinas más oscuras para no tener que levantarse con el amanecer cada día y además poner las mosquiteras como corresponde para no tener que estar matando mosquitos continuamente. Estando retirado como está en un camino de piedras nos hubiese gustado encontrarnos con un lugar con más alma, no hay ningún tipo de detalle que te haga sentir como en casa unas flores algo que te haga sentir bien como en el resto de los apartamentos que hemos estado en toda Croacia. Y siendo alemanes como son los propietarios nos sorprendió muchísimo que no reciclaran algo que para nosotros es impensable como españoles, dado la cultura que hay en todo el país del reciclaje en cualquier lugar..la chica que nos atendió el primer día vino en unas condiciones que no son naturales iba muy sucia no se quitó las gafas de sol en ningún momento y parecía que tenía prisa por irse además de que llegó más tarde que nosotros. lamentamos tener que decir que no lo recomendaríamos.
