"Walter? on the main reception desk was great. Very helpful and friendly. All the staff were great and the room was very comfortable. Bed was perfect and Prosecco on arrival which was very nice. The facilities were great. One rule we did not know was about wearing a swimming hat in the water but the hotel kindly provided us with these. All was very enjoyable and recommend this hotel. "
