"Pleasant stay, all good."

"I did not stay there and was unable to change or cancel reservation. I had no luck getting ahold of Expedia, the property staff were kind but could not help me change the date without Expedia?!? I lost all the money and tried am very frustrated! I use Expedia a lot and this was a terrible experience! I hope Expedia reaches out to me to correct this Sure the property was lovely but Expedia really dropped the ball and I paid the price for nothing : ( "

Before I would stay here again I would insist that the room was a non-smoking room, it was truly unpleasant.
