Stunning Barn Conversion with PRIVATE POOL!!
Close to all the main site seeing attractions at Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Montignac, Perigueux, Beynac and Domme, our beautiful barn conversion comprises 3 properties. Tastefully renovated to a very high standard. Each property is fully independent and has its own private pool, overlooking the picturesque village of Plazac, with its 17th Century church, making this the perfect holiday destination.
The property includes a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The area also includes a dining area that seats four people and a large living area, with 2 large double doors that open out onto a terrace. There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and dressing table.
Access to each property is via a large shared terrace. Three pools and sunbathing area are located on the lower terrace.
Please note, the property is not suitable for babies or children.

Our stay was excellent, very relaxing and tranquil. We were both able to unwind in this lovely property set in rolling hills. This property is ideally located for walking and cycling plus within 5 miles of the lovely St Leon. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return at some point in the future.
Nous avons loué ce logement pour pouvoir faire des visites dans la région de Dordogne et pour pouvoir aussi avoir des moments de repos, ce qui a été complètement le cas. Propre, pas de télévision (pas grave), avec une piscine (eau fraîche, pas chauffée).
Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, cadre relaxant et très calme, gîte neuf, bien aménagé et très spacieux.
Il fait cependant vite chaud à l'étage où il y a la chambre. Des petites séparations entre les logements sur la terrasse seraient un plus pour plus d'intimité.
