"Beautiful property, lobby, hallways and spacious room that was well appointed. Front desk staff were helpful in guiding us where to park, dinner plans and exploring the town. We had a very nice and simple dinner and drinks in the restaurant. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel and a visit to Rouen."

"I enjoyed my stay. The first room I was in was to stuffy and was a room where the windows didn't open. I talked to the front desk and they put me in a different room with an opening window and it was much better. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful and it's very close to a bus stop, restaurant and carrefour city location(small grocery store) which was convenient"

Friendly welcome and efficient staff. The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom with good pressure in the shower. Parking is fine but a little tight with a larger car.

Booking a second Holiday Inn Express for 2026 was a great choice. The hotel is easy to find in Rouen and made for a very comfortable stay. A big credit goes out to Fabrice who noted my Wife and Father-In-Law are disabled and allocated rooms accordingly for our party. That was much appreciated. We had rooms 014 and 114 which were found spotless and made for a comfortable nights stay. There is a bar which serves a limited menu to which the Pizzas were great and the Croque Monsieur wasn’t bad...

Very pleasant surprise that the hotel is ideally suited for sight-seeing in Roen (see below), located around the corner from Market Square with the modern Joan of Arc Church and the site of where she was burnt on the stake. Great being close to Market square, which is surrounded by bars and restaurants.
The hotel is superb and deserves its 5 stars in terms of service, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, bedroom and bathroom and amenities (though a jucuzzi would be a welcome addition to...

The room was exceptionally clean with nice beddings and furniture, which was a pleasant surprise considering the low price. The only minor issue was the area around it. There's a lot of construction and development around the area, which I'm sure will look great in a few years. It is only a few minutes walk to the river which is a very nice area, and about a 25 minute walk to the town centre. For its price it's a great place to stay.

Lovely place to stay, clean, friendly, affordable. The only down side was the guests in the room next door thinking they had discovered a secret door into our room at midnight.

Set in the heart of the buzzing old town of Rouen, this modern hotel is set in a quiet courtyard.
The room was new/modern with all the facilities you’d expect.
The only slight gripe is that the (good) buffet breakfast was set out in such a way that only about two people could access it at any one time.

Nice hotel about 10 minute walk from the old town. The hotel has an underground parking that costs €0.60 per hour. There is also on-street parking next to the hotel that is more expensive during the day, but is free during the night. There is a somewhat busy road near the hotel, which you almost don't hear as long as the window us closed.

Lovely hotel room with a large, comfy bed and large bathroom. Lots of space for luggage etc (although they did put us in the disabled room). Handy that there was lots of hotel parking and its less than 10 mins to the Tram station. Big breakfast selection, very useful hotel.

A lovely hotel in a nice area and very close to amazing cathedral and city centre. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and the breakfast offered a wide variety of extremely fresh foods.

We spent one night here on the way back to Calais for the ferry. It was easy to find - you will need a crit 'air sticker though. There is a surface car park on the site, and another one else where if needed. There was charge of 9.50 for this overnight.
The hotel was clean and tidy, breakfast was a buffet style and there was plenty of choice. Bed was comfortable and a/c was working when we were there.

The outside of the hotel does look like an office building as it shares the space with other businesses but once inside the reception area is very welcoming. The receptionist Stephanie was very informative. There is designated parking for the hotel under the building which carries a daily charge. The rooms are suites which make them a good size and include a fridge and microwave. The room we had was for three adults and there was definitely lots of room. They are fitted out with modern furniture...
