Not expensive and quiet location with helpful professional staff. A little bit out of the centre, but plenty of places within short walking distance, eg Pelgrim Delfshaven, Parqiet near Euromast, Bakeleit bar, Dahlak east african food. All brilliant.

overnight stay, north sea jazz festival.
This cheap and cheerful hotel was terrific value for money. When i tried to check in early they were able to allow me to do this since room was ready; Very convenient after a long journey! I had a lovely bright room overlooking the garden/ courtyard out the back. It was v. quiet( admittedly rooms overlooking road may have some more noise but not sure). Everything worked in en - suite bathroom good shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of breakfast buffet choices including hot items in attractive small kitchen area downstairs with restaurant. And v friendly staff!. Area close to historic delfshaven port and Euromast. Coolhaven metro stop close by. will definitely stay again!

The staff was very nice, the room is quite small, the shower is great, it's not close to the busiest places but it's easily accessible by the subway which is two blocks away.

We were greeted very kindly. In addition, there were coffee and tea services in the room that was not available in other hotels. These were very impressive and beautiful. They also have a system that allows you to order food from various kitchens. Thus, you can easily order anything you want from different flavours in your room. I think I would recommend this hotel to everyone, besides, you can take a walk in Coolhaven, accompanied by a beautiful canal view.

I was here for a long-term stay, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was not very big, but it was what I paid for and was additionally very clean, well-maintained, and felt relatively new. The major drawback was the internet reliability which was very poor, but if you are not planning to use it much then it's fine. Despite the bad internet, everything else was perfect for what I needed, and the staff exceeded expectations, making for a pleasant stay.

Even if I pus in door message Do not disturb, the cleaning women entered in my room. Very small room and you can hear ugly noises on the floors when walk in the room. Hotel has no parking only public parking in front of hotel. From Saturday 18:00 until Monday 8:00 parking is Free. They have video cameras on hotels halls. Walls and door are not soundproof and you hear all noises on the hall and voices from other rooms. Breakfast is poor. Personal from reception is kindly

Overall a decent hotel, but a few issues that spoiled the stay. The soundproofing was very poor with everything in the hall clearly audible, not ideal when the cleaning trolley was parked outside my door meaning I was woken up early when this arrived and then unable to get back to sleep due to the constant talking. Bags of linen were also left both on the steep and narrow stairs and at the top/bottom, meaning it was tricky to get around. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and proactive at offering advice.

Hotel Port, decent hotel close to Coolhaven metro
Small room. Friendly reception. Leaving the luggage there for a few hours was not a problem (as it should not be). Tea and coffee kettle (with plenty of instant coffee and tea packets) Window to the main street, yet not very noisy. Wifi working well. Just across the bridge is the metro station Coolhaven. Short walk to the Euromast, a few stops to the harbor tour boats, Cube houses, Markthalle and other attractions. I would stay again.

This hotel was booked at the last minute, but was very expensive and the quality of the rooms wasn't good. No air con that I could see and apparently the shower may set off the smoke alarm.

Quiet hotel in a good location
Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family and exploring the city of Rotterdam. Very pleasant, although maybe a bit more information upon checkin would be good. There was a coffee machine in reception area but we were not advised if we could use it or if we had to pay (there was prices on it but the room booking did say complimentary coffee etc in reception so it was a bit confusing). We didn't book for breakfast but again it would have been nice to perhaps be offered the option upon checking in. The tea/coffee facility in the room was limited. It seemed to be replenished randomly every day. One day the tea bags were replaced with fruity tea bags, but no sugar, Then no milk was left, so it was quite inconsistent. The room was much smaller than we thought it would be, no separate living area which was stated online and the pillows were soft square things, I ended up with a sore neck at the end of the trip. Would stay at the hotel again but buy my own te etc and bring my own pillow. It was quiet both inside and outside the hotel and felt very safe!

Great little hotel for one night stay
It was absolutely fine for my needs which were a convenient location, and a place to sleep and get ready for an event for a very good price. The single room was pretty small, but pristine clean and very comfortable bed. I even had a little balcony. The staff were friendly - especially the guy at check-in. Only little snag was when I arrived home after my event- very late to be fair, the front door was locked and there were no-one in reception. Luckily someone came within a couple of minutes, but I were a little bit panicked for a moment.

Super clean hotel located near everything!
I thought this hotel was simply amazing. Very clean and tidy! The staff has an awesome attitude and helpful nature. Furthermore, this hotel was in a great location to be either a short walk or bus ride to majority of the major attractions to see in Rotterdam (such as the Euromast and Cubic Houses). This was a great place to unwind and relax in the beautiful city of Rotterdam. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be staying here on my return in the future.

Excellent Stay
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Very good location in a quiet area and very close to the metro station. The room was clean and as in the picture The manager and the staff were wonderful. I surely will stay again there.

Gorgeous hotel, simple yet well kept. On the outskirts of Rotterdam but a quick 5 minute Uber ride had me downtown in no time. Great big breakfast and lovely garden/sitting area out back. Definitely will consider staying there next time I'm in Rotterdam

I have just rebooked as I work in Rotterdam, best hotel I have stayed at so far, 300 mtrs from the metro, quiet residential area, very very clean hotel with nice rooms, the wi fi is excellent , shower spot on and the heating in the room is instant, I have stayed at 4 hotels so far in the area and this is the only one I have rebooked.

This hotel was fine for the price, but our room had a big scuffed area on the wall which made it feel like a student halls of residence! The room was very small but bright but no air-con. All in all, bargainous but not wonderful.

Overall the hotel was fit for purpose. It was reletively clean, however the en-suite was the best part by far. Very modern and well presented. The bed was also quite comfortable. Standard continental breakfast in a clean well presented basement dining room. The hotel was literally a two minute walk from the theatre school we were working at as was the tram lines of which we made great use. Extremely friendly staff upon entering and exiting the hotel daily.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec très grandes fenêtres. Grand lit double confortable, petite bouilloire pour faire son thé dans la chambre, télé avec Netflix et YouTube. Très propre, belle petite salle de bain sobre et douche spacieuse. Accessible à 5 minutes à pied du métro et du tramway. Les berges sont à 5 minutes aussi, très sympa pour se promener. Proche du centre ville, j'ai tout fait à pieds c'est environ 20/30 minutes de marche. Pas de petit frigo peut-être la seule déception mais comme mon séjour était court c'est OK. Je recommande, très bon rapport qualité prix pour Rotterdam !
