The Space:
Master Bedroom: This spacious retreat boasts a luxurious King-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It includes a private ensuite bathroom, providing convenience and privacy. Step outside through direct access to the back deck, where you'll find a spa pool, perfect for unwinding and enjoying moments of tranquility. Bedroom Two: This cozy room features a comfortable Queen-size bed, ideal for a peaceful stay. Bedroom Three: Similar to Bedroom Two, this room also offers a Queen-size bed, providing ample space and comfort. Bedroom Four: This room is thoughtfully equipped with two Single beds, making it suitable for various guest arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay. Enjoy the use of the hot tub, ready for your relaxation. Kayaks and life jackets are provided for your enjoyment.

Great spacious accommodation with plenty of room for 5. Loved the kayaking on the lake and the hot tub. The location was perfect and close to all the main attractions that Rotorua has to offer.

Great location

Very convenient and comfortable stay. The beds are comfy, the house is warm with a fire we enjoyed and electric blankets on the beds. Only 5-10 mins an away from the CBD and local activities. Highly recommend 😊

Family cozy retreat

We stayed for the weekend, brought the whole family, dogs included. So cozy enjoyed the hot tube, wood burner and so close to the lake but still close to town, Definitely stay again :)

Close to downtown Rotorua

Great location 5-10 minutes by car from Eat Street/downtown Rotorua. Nice to have a lake view especially late at night and first thing in the morning. Unfortunately the grassed reserve in front of the lake is covered in doggy doos - not impressed with the local dog owners.... The house is comfortable with a great garden and lawn - beds are comfortable and the environs are quiet. House as such is 40 odd years old and the "styling" reflects this. Nevertheless it's a suitable home to rent and has everything one needs for a short or long stay.

Big and Comfy

The house has everything you need. The house itself is older but it’s clean and big. Great for families or groups. The view of the lake is magic and there is access to the lake from the property. Although I didn’t use them, there are kayaks available to use, too. I recommend this property and will stay again.

Rotorua by the lake

This home is beautifully situated right next to a lake and with a lovely garden. Quiet and with a very comfortable bed in the Master. Best sheets of our holiday of 6 locations! We really appreciated being able to bring our dog too. Only negative would be the tired carpet which is bordering on dangerous where ripped on the stairs into the lounge.

Beautiful Yard with Lake View

We loved our stay at this property. The location is convenient to all tourist spots. The yard is beautiful and the lake is just at the edge of your yard. We loved the charm of the house, it's like stepping into another decade. The beds were comfortable and there was so much space to spread out. One night we lit a fire and the hot tub was also a nice touch at the end of a long day. If we have any critique it would be that there isn't a dryer for your laundry so you need to plan for a sunny day to let your clothes dry. Also the couches are pretty worn out and not very comfortable. We stayed at some very nice homes during our two weeks in NZ and this house was our favorite. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Spa & Good Views

Loved staying here. Loved the spa and being able to walk down to the lake. The carpet is looking very tired but otherwise the house was clean and tidy and had all we wanted. Enjoyed our stay here very much & was great value overall.

Midwinter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very warm and cosy with plenty of room for all of us. The spa was wonderful as was the fireplace in the lounge. Our 1 year old grandson loved perusing the garden and playing on the lawns both at the front and rear of the property. The property was conveniently located to all the destinations we headed to. Overall a lovely extended weekend stay, thank you. We will definitely be back. :)

Great family weekend away

Good location, comfortable property with room for us all (7 adults). Property felt a bit neglected...broken outdoor furniture, lights not working. Could do with a spring clean inside and out. Overall a relaxing, comfortable holiday home but could be even better with some TLC.

Great spot for R&R

Enjoyed our holiday here for a week. Has everything we needed and any property quirks were promptly resolved by the manager. Close for lake for kayaking, spa for a relaxed end of day, and great BBQ. Air conditioning was very appreciated, and I’m sure the fire would be lovely in the winter. Our group had three adult couples and we found the fridge small but I think if we had one person shopping (not 5!) then we would have been fine

Man what a beautiful home.as soon as we got there we left comfortable and the home had such a homely feeling.the views of the lake and early morning kayaks were to die for.the kids loved the spa and Al the little games/gadgets the house came with.very tidy and accommodating I cannot wait to return very soon.thank you for letting us into your beautiful home we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our experience was that wonderful we are now considering moving to Rotorua so thank you from my family to yours
