    The Space:

    Master Bedroom: This spacious retreat boasts a luxurious King-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It includes a private ensuite bathroom, providing convenience and privacy. Step outside through direct access to the back deck, where you'll find a spa pool, perfect for unwinding and enjoying moments of tranquility. Bedroom Two: This cozy room features a comfortable Queen-size bed, ideal for a peaceful stay. Bedroom Three: Similar to Bedroom Two, this room also offers a Queen-size bed, providing ample space and comfort. Bedroom Four: This room is thoughtfully equipped with two Single beds, making it suitable for various guest arrangements.

Great location

Very convenient and comfortable stay. The beds are comfy, the house is warm with a fire we enjoyed and electric blankets on the beds. Only 5-10 mins an away from the CBD and local activities. Highly recommend 😊

Big and Comfy

The house has everything you need. The house itself is older but it’s clean and big. Great for families or groups. The view of the lake is magic and there is access to the lake from the property. Although I didn’t use them, there are kayaks available to use, too. I recommend this property and will stay again.

Rotorua by the lake

This home is beautifully situated right next to a lake and with a lovely garden. Quiet and with a very comfortable bed in the Master. Best sheets of our holiday of 6 locations! We really appreciated being able to bring our dog too. Only negative would be the tired carpet which is bordering on dangerous where ripped on the stairs into the lounge.

Close to downtown Rotorua

Great location 5-10 minutes by car from Eat Street/downtown Rotorua. Nice to have a lake view especially late at night and first thing in the morning. Unfortunately the grassed reserve in front of the lake is covered in doggy doos - not impressed with the local dog owners.... The house is comfortable with a great garden and lawn - beds are comfortable and the environs are quiet. House as such is 40 odd years old and the "styling" reflects this. Nevertheless it's a suitable home to rent and has everything one needs for a short or long stay.

Beautiful Yard with Lake View

We loved our stay at this property. The location is convenient to all tourist spots. The yard is beautiful and the lake is just at the edge of your yard. We loved the charm of the house, it's like stepping into another decade. The beds were comfortable and there was so much space to spread out. One night we lit a fire and the hot tub was also a nice touch at the end of a long day. If we have any critique it would be that there isn't a dryer for your laundry so you need to plan for a sunny day to let your clothes dry. Also the couches are pretty worn out and not very comfortable. We stayed at some very nice homes during our two weeks in NZ and this house was our favorite. Would definitely stay there again!

Stunning interior and great amenities (Seasonal Tip included) ​Pros: ​Beautiful Decor: The house is full of character with a retro, artistic interior. ​Great Amenities: The hot spa pool was a highlight, and having 2 bathrooms made our stay much more comfortable. ​Well-equipped: The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. ​Cons / Caution: ​Lake Fly Swarms: Do your best to avoid staying here during peak lake fly season. We made the mistake of using our phone flashlights while looking for the key at night and were completely surrounded by hundreds of flies in seconds. ​Final Verdict: A great, high-quality stay. Just be mindful of the local environment and keep the lights dim when coming home at night!

Everything we needed was available and we were all very comfortable here. A lot of room for everyone. Only complaint we had was the washing machine doesn't work well. We laundered our hiking clothes and it didn't get clean. Found a laundromat nearby.

Great Spa & Good Views

Loved staying here. Loved the spa and being able to walk down to the lake. The carpet is looking very tired but otherwise the house was clean and tidy and had all we wanted. Enjoyed our stay here very much & was great value overall.
