The Space:

A tidy, renovated two-bedroom townhouse on a large green site in central Koutu, set up for holidaymakers and an easy walk from the CBD, the Rotorua Lakefront and the bars and restaurants of Eat Street. It's a comfortable base for a small family or two friends, and there's a dedicated workspace upstairs with a desk and chair if you need to catch up on a bit of work. Out the back you have your own private yard with a Weber BBQ, table and chairs - a nice spot for a drink as the sun goes down.

You'll have the whole two-bedroom townhouse to yourselves - both bedrooms, the full bathroom and downstairs toilet, the fully equipped kitchen, the living area with its Smart TV, and the upstairs workspace. Out the back you have your own private yard with a Weber BBQ, table and chairs, and there's a carport right outside the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Papawai Townhouse 11 is ideally placed in Koutu, just a short walk from the Rotorua CBD with its shops, cafes and restaurants, and the vibrant dining of Eat Street. The Rotorua Lakefront is a pleasant stroll away, and the geothermal Kuirau Park - with its free foot pools and bubbling mud - is close by. The recently revitalised Rotorua Aquatic Centre, with heated indoor and outdoor pools, is about a 10-minute (700m) walk down the road. It's a handy, central base for exploring everything Rotorua has to offer.



Getting Around:

The central city is within easy walking distance, so you can leave the car behind for a lot of your stay, and there's a carport right outside the unit. By car, the city centre, Skyline and Polynesian Spa are all around 6 minutes, Te Puia about 8, the Redwoods around 11, and Rotorua Airport roughly 12 to 14.



Other Things to Note:

There's a dedicated workspace upstairs with a desk and chair, handy if you need to do a little work. The townhouse has a heat pump for heating and cooling, and a Weber BBQ in the private backyard. A carport sits right outside the front door, and the geothermal Kuirau Park and the Aquatic Centre are both a short walk away.
