Then don't look past Rita's Cottage! \- Located just 100 metres from Lake Rotorua and Ngongotaha stream, this is a perfect spot for those wanting to relax by the water. \- It's just a minute stroll to the boat ramp or jetty, which makes a perfect picnic spot at sunset. For those who love fishing, it's a great spot for boat fishing, kayaking or fly fishing too! \- Rita's Cottage also has lovely garden views and features a large sunny patio and deck area. It's situated on a big section filled with colourful gardens. \- It has everything you could possibly need for a getaway and recently renovated and fully furnished, with a large modern and functional kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. \- With a heat pump, spa bath and underfloor heating to keep you cosy and warm in the winter, and a BBQ and patio to enjoy in the summer, this cottage will cover all the bases year round. \- To top it all off it’s a very close drive to Rotorua’s top attractions including Skyline Skyrides, the Agrodome, Mamaku Blue, Wingspan, The Zorb/Ogo, and much more! This is a very clean property much better overall than what is shown in the photos. Located 5 min from the Rotorua city centre in a quiet street. We were greeted by the host on arrival and found they had left some of their own eggs and honey as a welcome gift! Peaceful, spotless, well furnished with all the comforts of home. Set well back from the main road in a gated cluster of homes, it was the perfect location for seeing all the sights that the Rotorua has to offer. Beatrice is lovely to deal with, always prompt in responding. She was on site to welcome us with lovely gifts of homemade jelly, honey, soap, chocolates. The place is modern, super super clean, and comfortable. It has a big kitchen and living room where we were able to do some work related computer work a bit. The host went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She had milk and eggs in the house for our first breakfast. It's in a quiet neighborhood. If I return to Rotorua, I am definitely staying at her place again. ##### Hyon G. Our family of four enjoyed all the cabin had to offer. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry, with lovely touches all through the property. Our hosts were gracious and generous with lovely welcome gifts of fresh eggs and honey along with other little surprises. We loved the board and outdoor games supplied and made use of the lovely yard space. Totally self contained with the hosts a stone's throw away if you needed anything. You can easily walk into this place and feel comfortable, at home and relax. Close enough to Rotorua to drive into town to enjoy all it has to offer, but far enough away from its busyness to enjoy a relaxing stay.
