Great location. Easy 2 min drive into the main food district. Great accommodation. Large comfortable bed. Heaters very effective. Main negative was the shower head. A very old mixer head that came out of the wall about chin height. Unfortunately the water pressure was so weak I had to wash my hair in the basin- not something you want in a hotel with lots of sweaty hikes and spas around it. Apart from this, we would stay again due to the room size and location

The place is very clean and the beds are comfy. Has everything we need. if the bathroom facility can improve a bit, that will be perfect, Overall, a very pleasant stay, will highly recommend and definitely come back.

It was quiet and close to the hot spring I wanted to visit, but there were rubbish bins in the toilets and rubbish left by previous visitors, and I thought the cleaning staff needed to improve his work.

Modernised decor and new comfortable beds. Large rooms. Upstairs in the family room is a mezzanine, no toilet upstairs which is the only down side.

Awesome stay!
We enjoyed our night in the family room. It was very clean & oh so warm! Our check in and check out was straight forward and easy. Customer service was on point. Kids enjoyed the outdoor private spa!

Was genuinely impressed with this motel. A lot of motels in Rotorua are quite tired but this one was great. Is just like in the pictures, very nicely refurbished, very warm room too. The bed layout with the king, queen, 2 x singles is perfect for a family of 6. Having the outdoor hot tub was great. Can't speak highly enough of this place!

The property was handy for everything and had all that we needed. Our grandson enjoyed meeting Boris and having him stay for a little while.

Nice upstairs-downstairs rooms, but only 1 bathroom - a little awkward for 2 couplles. No air conditioning and the weather was very hot

Hi John, Thank you for your review. You will struggle to find a motel with more than 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom is standard in motels. We do not have air con nor do we advertise that we do. Perfect getaway
Our family enjoyed our stay here at the Arista. It had a large space, perfect for our infant who loved to move about. Well stocked kitchen and the thermal heating was great! Also loved the private indoor spa outback and the range of DVDs available that was great for the rainy days! Great location, close to everything.
