"Every thing was wonderful but not the shuttle I payed different amount of what I was told. So I would not recommend to get the shuttle. Uber is cheaper."

"We stayed for 7 days our stay was amazing. Friendly staff for the most part except for a security guard. Who made a big deal over us using the luggage dolly and keeping it in our room for an hour. Other than that would definitely stay here again."

"We did a 4 night stay at this hotel and can confidently say we would stay again. All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. From storing our luggage prior to our check in and after check out, to providing ice for our water bottles. The rooms were modern and very clean. The lobby is very nice and clean as well. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to install a mini fridge in the rooms, it would have been nice to have one. Five star stay over all."

"Hotel France has been a Guadalajara favorite of mine for years. Whenever I visit Guadalajara, this is the hotel I choose to stay at. It has so much charm, character, and beautiful antique touches that make it truly unique. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help with anything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bar is wonderful, and the breakfast is excellent. I absolutely love staying here and would highly recommend Hotel France to anyone visiting Guadalajara."
