The location is ideal for sight seeing and shopping. There is plenty of food to choose from and places. The views at night towards the cathedral are amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice, even took jabs at our local sporting clubs. Definitely would recommend this place to all. Arriva El Atlas.

Beautiful hotel at a great location. The rooftop restaurant overlooks the cathedral, views are awesome! Breakfast is really good, I did not care for the dinner. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is spotless, and the staff is very, very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed here before. I was treated like a respected returning guest. Room was excellent with a very clean bathroom. Bathroom floor and shower stall is non-slip. Perfect for someone with a disability. This is my go to hotel in Guadalajara.
