A very bright, air-conditioned, and fully equipped apartment in the gated "Jardines del Sol" complex with a concierge, located a 10-minute walk from Ballena Rota Beach. Situated at the southern entrance to Costa Ballena, near the petrol station. <br><br>The apartment, located on the second floor and accessible by lift, consists of an entryway, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a living-dining room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the complex’s pool, and a sun deck on the upper floor. Included in the price is a parking space in the building’s basement garage. <br><br>The terrace, accessible from the living room, overlooks the community pool and the Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club. It is furnished with a table, four chairs, and two armchairs, perfect for enjoying family gatherings at any time of day, especially during the incredible sunsets. <br><br>The master bedroom, facing west towards the community pool, features a small balcony and an en suite bathroom. It includes a double bed, two built-in closets, and a chest of drawers. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub, sink, bidet, and hair dryer. The twin bedroom has two single beds, two closets, and a window facing east with views of the paddle tennis and tennis courts. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and bidet. <br><br>Bed linens and bath towels are provided with each stay. <br><br>The east-facing kitchen, with double-glazed windows, is fully equipped: refrigerator and freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, and blender. Like all beaches in Cádiz, the tides have a very wide range, and at low tide, they leave a recreational area stretching dozens of metres.
