Bicycle rental possible for a weekly flat rate of 30 euros. Towels are to be brought by the guest or bookable for a fee, \- with terrace and garden, only 7 km from the center Warnemünde - a car / motorcycle parking space per apartment on the premises, - 10 min. Walk to the beach, - Bus stop in front of the door - Shopping (to the center Warnemünde) in the immediate vicinity In this beautiful thatched cottage we offer 3 apartments. So can well together to spend your holiday 2 or 3 families traveling here. And if the grown-ups want to do something on their own, we will organize childcare (for a fee) if necessary. All guests can use the garden and a private terrace are available. All apartments are comfortably furnished. In Apartment 1 (ground floor) also is a washing machine available. The beautiful garden and terrace are to rest and to play for the children. For children there are baby beds and a high chair. Families are welcome here and our guests with dog (paid) are welcome. For the angler stands at a request refrigerators available (cube) available. The Motroradfahrer and cyclists are fond welcome guests with us. Towels are not supplied by the guest or zubuchbar surcharge. Diese sorgfältige Vorgehensweise ermöglichte eine verbindliche Buchung, erforderte jedoch etwas mehr organisatorischen Aufwand, was besonders bei kürzeren Aufenthalten berücksichtigt werden sollte.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist herausragend – die Nähe zur See und die ruhige Umgebung laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Ferienwohnung selbst befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses und bietet mit eigenem Eingang ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre.Das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und ansprechend ausgestattet; insbesondere die modernen Polstermöbel tragen zu einer angenehmen Wohnatmosphäre bei. Wenn man ein paar Minuten weiter geht Richtung Warnemünde erreicht man den Badestrand. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung dieser Ferienwohnung gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz, einen kleinen Wald, Tiere wie Pferde, Ziegen und Alpakas. Die Ferienwohnung im Souterrain ist bestens ausgestattet, maritim eingerichtet. Der Service sehr freundlich. Wir reisten zu dritt an (2 Erw. 1 Kleinkind) ein Kinderreisebett sowie ein Hochstuhl wurden bereitgestellt. Mit dem Aufenthalt waren wir sehr zufrieden, der Spielplatz, die Tierchen und der Strand haben unsere 3 Tage gut ausgefüllt, in der Wohnung haben wir uns heimisch gefühlt.
