The apartment is located at Friedrich-Franz-Straße 34, in the middle of the popular Baltic seaside resort of Warnemünde, a district of Rostock. The fine sandy beach and the idyllic Alter Strom, where fishing boats, boutiques and cafés line a charming promenade, are just a 2-minute walk away. Whether it's fresh fish straight from the cutter, a leisurely breakfast with a view of the water or a romantic sunset - there's something for everyone here. You will find numerous restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and small stores for a stroll right in the area. Warnemünde train station is also within walking distance - ideal for excursions to Rostock or along the Baltic Sea coast.
