In Rosières in the south of the Ardèche we welcome you to the cottage La Roseiras.

We are ideally located for a discovery stay in the south of the Ardèche. At the gateway to the Cévennes and Provence, on the outskirts of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park.

The most beautiful villages are located nearby: Labeaume, Vogué, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Les Vans.

Ardèche by adoption for about twenty years, we will not fail to advise you and help you discover this Ardèche that we love so much.

Nestled in the attic of our stone house, you benefit from independent access and a private terrace with a dominant view.

The completely new cottage of about 70m2 renovated with taste is composed of:

- a large cocooning living room on the garden side opening onto the roof terrace with an open kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. A living room with a non-convertible three-seater sofa, cosy dining room.

- two bedrooms under slopes on the street side. A bedroom equipped for your comfort with two electric beds composing a large bed of 160. a wardrobe, a chest of drawers.

- a bedroom equipped with two 90 cm beds for the reception of children or which can be connected to form one and accommodate a couple, a wardrobe and storage

- a most pleasant bathroom, designed in natural materials (bejmat, zellige), an Italian shower and a toilet.

Rosières is a very lively tourist village, we are located in the heart of the main road. opposite the cottage is a café concert which enlivens the summer evenings.

you have access to all the attic converted into a cottage with terrace and independent access.
we will do everything so that you can park as close as possible to the access to the accommodation, parking spaces belong to the house on the garden side.

our garden is private, our dogs welcome by barking they are very nice and their space is very distinct from yours.PGJyPg
We are a fifty-year-old couple that we think are very nice and who are committed to receiving and sharing our beautiful Ardèche.

we live in the house under the cottage, we do not want parties to be organised.

We are particularly sensitive to our travellers coming to spend their holidays in a good state of mind and family kindness.
We will not tolerate situations of intra-family violence (domestic violence, physical or verbal violence against children).
