The only complaints were how firm the beds were and the rooms were very warm, opening the windows made things better, but theres a lot if traffic noise if they're open. But overall we had a very nice stay, breakfast was fantastic. "

"We were here for boot camp graduation and wanted a place where our Sailor could relax away from it all. The neighborhood is great. The Metra was easy to get to and from the graduation. It is about four short stops away from the Great Lakes stop where you just walk over and avoid the terrible traffic. Fit our family of 4 nicely. Had eveything we could need. "

"We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. Only 1 of the 4 stovetops worked, which was not resolved.The positives were the free and easy parking, convenient location, and simple, hassle-free check-in and check-out."
