Aangenaam vakantiehuis

Wij hebben genoten van dit huis en panoramisch uitzicht over de baai van Roses.Ruim terras en mooie planten rondom het huis.De ligging is goed,rustig maar toch op wandelafstand van de boulevard van Roses en een aangenaam strandje voor de deur.Ruime garage voor 1 wagen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Haus hat ein wunderschönen Garten und ein fantastisches Aussicht auf das Bucht. Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich sowie auch die Mitarbeitern von die Interhome . Urlaub hat ein ein sehr guter Eindruck hinterlassen, wir planen Roses noch ein mal zu besuchen.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus hat eine Super Lage und eine Bomben Aussicht auf's Meer mega toll. Die Einrichtung war Okei und auch sauber. Die Betten sind bisschen Klein aber war Okei. Der Hausbesitzer war so freundlich und lieb er liebt sein Haus und Pflanzen sehr er Pflegt es sehr. Kann man nur empfehlen das Haus.

Fenomenaal uitzicht. Prachtige lokatie. Zwembad is heerlijk. Ook de tuin is erg mooi. Huis zelf is ook prima. Puntje van kritiek is dat 1 slaapkamer geen airconditioning heeft, voor ons geen probleem met z'n tweeën en een hond maar als je met 6 mensen bent wellicht wel. Houd er wel rekening mee dat er veel trappen nodig zijn om in het huis te komen.

Location pas adaptée pour 6 personnes

Plus tôt médiocre au niveau de la capacité à héberger correctement 6 personnes. Côté chambres pas de soucis. Pour les douches et eau chaude éviter, un seul chauffe eau de 50l, très insuffisant. Cuisine exigūe, ustensiles de cuisine peu nombreux et usagers, peu de couverts. Table et chaises pour 4 personnes. Chauffage en panne à notre arrivée, il faisait 16*5 dans la pièce à vivre. Par contre côté positif, très belle vue sur la mer et la baie de Roses.

Proper en zalig zwembad!

Het huis zelf is wat ouder, maar heel proper en alles is aanwezig (borden, bestek, glazen, goede bedden, lakens, handdoeken, ...). De airco werkt goed (maakt soms wat lawaai) en het zwembad is piekfijn in orde. 1 opmerking: een extra ligstoel en misschien een extra parasol en loungeset aan het zwembad zouden het geheel volledig afmaken. Het uitzicht op de zee en baai van Roses is fenomenaal en het huis zelf is perfect onderhouden.

Superbe vue !

Très belle maison, cadre super agréable avec la vue sur la baie. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Par contre pas mal d’escaliers. Quelques efforts à prévoir pour monter les bagages et les courses.

Großzügiges Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, perfekt! Der Außenpool ist okay für eine Abkühlung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Teich mit Zierfischen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und Wäscheleinen vorhanden. Uns fehlte lediglich ein Wasserkocher und Putzmittel. Terrasse und Wintergarten mit Blick aufs Meer ein Traum! Garage perfekt für Fahrräder oder PKW. Top Supermarkt mit kl. Restaurant in der Nähe. Sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar.
