Sustituir mesa y sillas del salón por unas que carezcan de textiles que acumulen tal cantidad de porquería. Sustitución de los dos lavabos rotos del baño, que amenazaban con partirse si abrias mucho el grifo. Sustitución del suelo del baño que, además de estar muy deteriorado ya que no es un material destinado a mojarse, tiene una alfombra incorporada, que acumula tal cantidad de suciedad que te hace imposible ducharte sin chanclas. Arreglo de la mampara de ducha. Sustitución de lámparas de mesilla por acumulación de suciedad imposible de limpiar. Limpieza periódica de ventiladores, ya que el calor que hace en la casa obliga a su uso y al encenderlos, desprendían polvo de lo sucios que estaban, tuvimos que desmontarlos y limpiarlos, pues no se podía estar sin ventilador. Deshacerse de la multitud de vajilla inservible que hay en la cocina. Arreglo o Sustitución de la lavadora que no funciona Limpieza de la piscina y su perímetro. Sustitución mueble del dormitorio de matrimonio, todo descascarillado. Respecto al trato al cliente, al ir a entregar las llaves, ni siquiera preguntaron que tal la estancia, pese a ser conocedores de que habíamos tenido problemas.
