Lage passte. Die Betreuung sollte auch in „Deutsch“ (lt. Homepage) möglich sein. Hätte ich meine Freundin (sie spricht spanisch) nicht dabei gehabt, wäre wohl einiges schiefgelaufen. Trotz vorheriger Nachfrage (per E-Mail) wie die Schlüssel übergeben werden = keine Reaktion. Anrufe bei Ankunft am Zielort wurden nicht entgegengenommen und auch nicht beantwortet. Aussage in der Agentur: Man habe das Telefon auf AB umgeleitet.In der Wohnung keine Hinweise zur Nutzung des TV‘s / Sat-Anlage.
