About this property
Beautiful air-conditioned apartment in residence with swimming pool and parking
- Very quiet, all comfort, ideally located, close to the sea and the city center (10 min walk), swimming pool and garden on this floor, parking space for one car. The swimming pool is open in principle from 15 June to 30 September, if the weather permits the opening is extended. All the joinery has just been changed as well as the shutters, all double glazing and aluminum. The bedding is new. The swimming pool is completely redone for the next season, i.e. from 15 June 2013.
