It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), living-dining room, open kitchen, bathroom and terrace with panoramic views of the channels. Equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Community pool and concierge during the day. Elevator. Small supermarket at 200 m. Santa Margarita is a very quiet and pleasant residential area, located 1.6 km from the beach and 800 m from the center where you will find bars, restaurants and shops.
