#### Appartement bien situé, parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes sans voiture

Bien situé, très proche de la plage et des commerces, à distance raisonnable à pied du marché et de la station de bus relativement calme (intérieur de l'immeuble et quartier) compte tenu de la proximité du centre. Plutôt bien équipé, globalement. Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes. Bon rapport qualité/prix avec la réduction dont nous avons bénéficié. - Installer le wifi - mettre à disposition divers produits (liquide vaisselle, sel/poivre, huile, éponges ... ou check-list pour les débutants de ce que l'appartement n'offre pas) - laisser des instructions écrites sur la façon de trier les déchets et où les jeter - mettre à disposition un plan du quartier/de la ville avec les commerces les plus proches et leurs heures d'ouverture (quand on arrive le samedi, ça rassure) - canapé du salon très inconfortable pour lire ou regarder la tv - portes des chambres bruyantes (poignée grince et croche) - vérifier que toutes les ampoules fonctionnent (ou laisser une réserve) - un éplucheur à légumes - une ventouse (pour déboucher la douche et le lavabo, immanquablement bouchés par le sable et les cheveux) - au niveau électrique, les plombs sautent en cas de surcharge (2 plaques + boiler ou 3 plaques+ four...)
