Nous avons passer de très bonne vacances 35 jours et c'était pas suffisant pour nous malgré qu’ont était pas véhiculé, merci à Isabel pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse.

Wir fanden die Wohnung top, den Pool der auch sehr schön war. Der direkt nebenan liegende Suppermarkt war ebenfalls super. Roses ist ein schöner Ort, ebenso der Nachbarort Empuriabrava, sollte man sich anschauen. Strandnähe perfekt, mit vielen Lokalen direkt am Strand. Dort ist auch die schönste Minigolf Anlage, ebenso in Empuriabrava.

L appartement était propre et très fonctionnel en ce qui concerne les produits de premières nécessité tout y était. Points faible : wifi casi inexistante donc chaîne de télévision en espagnol et impossible également d aller sur Google et autre, le récepteur WiFi mis à disposition ne sert pas à grand chose. Quand à la 4g le réseau dans la résidence n est pas bon non plus impossible de passer un appel convenablement. La piscine n est pas nettoyé du tout l extérieur de la piscine est nettoyer par une dame (elle coupe la pelouse, vide les poubelles, passe la serpillière) mais l eau de la piscine n est pas nettoyé elle est juste rempli de clhore on y trouve des cheveux des 10h du matin et parfois même des excréments au fond de la piscine. Une place de parking n aurait pas était de trop car à santa margarita les places se font rare surtout qu il y a un parking sous terrain attenant à la résidence. Climatisation absente pourtant celle serait primordial à cette appartement nous avions l impression d être dans un four même avec les ventilateurs mise à disposition. Sans clim et sans internet et avec une piscine très sale nous avons pris la décision de racourir notre séjour d une journée. C est dommage.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está todo muy limpio (Este año con el covid se agradece bastante porque da mucha seguridad). me parece un detalle que tenga: jabón para la lavadora, todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, aceite, vinagre, sal, azúcar.... si volvemos a la zona repetiremos sin duda. X cierto la chica que entrega las llaves encantadora!

L'appartement est propre, claire et bien équipé. Terrasse agréable. L'immeuble est bien entretenu et calme. La piscine est très agreable et pas trop fréquentée bien que nous y étions en août. L'immeuble est bien situé, un peu à l'écart du front de mer et donc en retrait de la foule. Nous avons beaucoup circulé en vélo. La proximité du supermarché est un plus. Beaucoup de resto dans le quartier de Santa Margarida. Nous avons utilisé la voiture simplement pour nous rendre sur de jolies cala extérieures à la ville. Les échanges avec les propriétaires et la personne qui s'occupent de l'accueil ont été très faciles. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Hemos pasado 3semanas en este apartamento entre finales de julio y principios de agosto. Las fotos se ajustan fielmente a la realidad: es un espacio limpio y cuidado en los detalles. Todo esta en buen estado. La distribución del apartamento lo hace comodisimo y muy agradable. Orientado a la piscina recibe la luz del mediodía/tarde. La terraza es muy bonita y la elección del mobiliario es perfecta en diseño y comodidad. Hemos estado muy a gusto y el trato de los dueños es muy bueno. Personas serias, educadas y cordiales, pendientes de cualquier necesidad. A considerar como mejora notable la instalación de un toldo en la terraza para un mayor disfrute de la misma, o una buena sombrilla para colocar en el centro de la mesa redonda. Gracias a Romina por unas vacaciones inolvidables.

L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage d'une résidence 4 étages. La résidence ainsi que l'appartement sont propres et très bien entretenus (nettoyage des halls, des ascenseurs, de la piscine tous les jours). L'appartement est très fonctionnel et son équipement est complet (Lave linge, Lave Vaisselle, Four traditionnel.....). Il faudrait peut être juste un peu plus de couvert. La grande terrasse, exposée à l'Est permet de pouvoir profiter des beaux jours d'été. Il faudrait juste prévoir l’installation d'un store pour le soleil de l'après midi qui est chaud au mois d’août, pour de futur locataire penser à prendre un grand parasol. Dans la chambre, le ventilateur du plafond a été très très apprécié. La présence d'un supermarché à proximité immédiate est très appréciable, pas besoin de voiture. Nous recommandons cette location et nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse lors de notre accueil.

Quedamos encantados con el apartamento. Es divino, està decorado con sumo gusto, limpio, ordenado. Con vistas a la piscina, buena localización, vecindario tranquilo. Fuimos con nuestro bebe y tenemos que decir que estuvimos cómodos en todo momento. La atención por parte de los propietarios no pudo ser mejor. Son amables, comprensivos, educados, gente seria. Sin duda un lugar al que volveremos.

Excellentes vacances a santa margarida! L appartement est tres bien équipé et tres propre avec vue sur la piscine! L ambiance est familiale et tres agréable pour passer des vacances ensoleillées et reposantes. De plus les propriétaires Romina et Edgar sont tres sympatiques et a l ecoute de leurs locataires. el apartamento es perfecto, cuenta con todas las comodidades que tenemos en nuestras casas y más, lo que te hace muy cómoda la estancia vacacional. además de perfecto es precioso, decorado con un gusto delicado y alegre, le da otro plus más a la estancia. la ubicación también muy buena, la zona es muy interesante para diversos tipos de intereses turísticos, los propietarios además dejan a tu disposición un montón de información sobre puntos de interés del entorno. tenían muchas ganas de conocer la zona y todo ha cumplido con las altas expectativas que tenía!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. Il était tout a fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Très joli et assez spacieux, nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la terrasse le soir, au couché du soleil! La propriétaire était vraiment sympathique et arrangeante. Elle nous à même recommandé quelques restaurants dans le coin!
