What a gorgeous hotel! I picked the hotel after extensive research for it's location and views....it did not disappoint!
HOTEL - It's tucked away in the cliffs overlooking the town of Roses. It's quiet, majestic, & beautiful. The staff was so attentive & friendly. The woman at the front desk speaks 5 languages! Almost everyone speaks English. Every room has an ocean view and a balcony ... mine did not disappoint. I was a little worried upon arrival because they gave me the room directly by the front desk but I did not hear a thing.
Restaurants - They are all expensive. El Brancs is their fine dining restaurant that opens in the evening only. It's totally worth it! I dined their twice and everything was worth the price. El Pirata Club is their beach "club" downstairs near the water. It's got amazing views!! But way overpriced! I paid $35 US dollars for a bowl of clams which was 12 clams in a bowl with broth, & nothing else. Delicious but pricey! My tab was over $100 USD for 2 drinks and the clams. You are paying for the view, not the food. Staff was GREAT though. LA TAPA - also great service, didn't love my food.
LOCATION - Not in town but located on a beach path, which is about a 20-30 minute walk into town. I loved it!
I knew what I was walking into. I chose this place knowing it was more expensive than other places in town but it was worth it for the views, quiet, & service! Side note: I went solo but this place is definitely set up for ROMANCE!
