It has two bedrooms, one with two beds and another with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, American kitchen and living room with access to a 15m2 terrace with magnificent canal views. Located in a quiet area, yet close to the leisure zone and the beach. Comfortable, bright and pleasant.

It is an area of Roses, Santa Margarita, very quiet and pleasant. Very close to the beach at 800m. And to the leisure and shopping area. Ideal for moving by bicycle or walking.

Moving around the area by bicycle or walking is ideal. In summer there is public transport. Private parking space.
