  • House with private pool with capacity for 6 people where you can enjoy the many opportunities that offers la Costa Brava. Located in el Puig Rom urbanization, one of the quietest areas of Roses. In the surroundings you can practice various activities such as bicycle or hiking routes and at only 1,5 km a sandy beach with one of the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast and also the promenade with magnificent views of the Roses Bay.

das haus ist in einem schlechten zustand und müsste dringend renoviert werden, beim pool fallen die Fliesen ab und liegen im Wasser rum, sehr gefährlich für Kinder,die Holzpanelen auf der Terrasse sind lose und man tritt in Löcher auch sehr gefährlich.Die Betten sind viel zu klein und die Matratzen in einem schlechten zustand,keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und an der großen Fensterfront keine Rollos vorhanden somit heizt sich das Haus sehr schnell auf.am gibt es noch einen Wassertümpel der in einem schlechten zustand ist und sich dort ungeziefer Sammeln und es dann unerträglich wird voralllem in der Nacht
