The accommodation is surrounded by meadows. It offers views of the countryside and the mountains.
In the summer, calves graze in the adjacent meadow. The accommodation is located on the southernmost edge of the former village of Pang (now part of Rosenheim). It is in a very quiet, sunny, and bright location.

There’s an excellent bakery, Maier, just a two-minute walk away. It opens at 6:00 a.m., so you can enjoy breakfast “at home” in this beautiful setting—either indoors, on the terrace, or on the balcony—in complete peace and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hob, sink, refrigerator, microwave or oven, dishes, coffee, tea, sponge, tea towel, dish soap).
A washing machine is available in the basement of the accommodation, accessible via a staircase. An ironing board and iron are available on the ground floor.
Munich Airport is 100 km away via the highway, about 1 hour’s drive. Salzburg Airport is 77 km away via the highway. The Inntaldreieck interchange or the Bad Aibling exit on the A8 can be reached in 5 minutes. The property is also easily accessible by public transport—train and bus—and a 2-minute walk (after 7:00 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays, approximately 6 km by taxi (the AST shared taxi is the more affordable option; you can order it from any bus stop, and it will take you right to your doorstep)). The bus runs every 30 minutes from the train station and other stops in Rosenheim to the lodging in Pang (stops: Grüntalweg, Dorfstraße, or Café Neu). Locally, within a 2–5-minute walk, you’ll find a pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, Bavarian taverns, post office, bus stops, farm store, and auto repair shop.
The nearest lakes, fishing spots, golf course, bouldering gym, pony rides, beach volleyball, petrol station, and supermarket are a 5-minute drive away. Canoeing, a kayak wave, various outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a climbing gym, and the city centre (train station) are a 10-minute drive away.
The nearest ski lifts are 18.4 km (18-minute drive) to 33 km (29-minute drive) away (night skiing).
You can go hiking, biking, and mountain biking on flat terrain right from your doorstep (13 km drive via low-traffic (country) roads) with excellent views.
The nearest mountain hikes and climbing areas are a 10-minute drive away.
You can go cross-country skiing at the nearest destinations with guaranteed snow, about 30 km away (about 30 minutes), such as Sachrang, Bayrischzell, and Tiersee.

Lake Chiemsee offers diving, windsurfing, and guided fishing tours by boat. The west shore is about 29 km away and takes 25 minutes to reach. The nearest paragliding school and the nearest mountains for paragliding are about 16 km away.
The nearest horse stable with an indoor riding arena is 1 km away. The area is ideal for horseback riding.
