Rose Ranch - Charming Country Home
If you are looking for a secluded, private getaway in nature, not too far away, come check out Rose Ranch. A charming country home with stylish, modern amenities established on 3 acres of lush grassland, mature trees and flowers to enjoy. A 90 minute drive away from downtown Kansas City, surrounded by the quaint communities of Iola, Humboldt and Gas. Relax in multiple living spaces or out on the deck for beautiful sunrises or sunsets. Large enough to handle a family retreat! Ranch style home with no stairs.
Peaceful country feel, quiet, and many nature sounds outside. Portable Bluetooth speakers, record player, games, toys, for entertainment. Full set of cookware and coffee bar to enjoy homemade meals and drinks. Wifi, fast upload speeds, and dedicated office space.
Guests will have access to the entire property besides the detached garage and out buildings. Rooted on 3 acres with ample space between neighbors. Plenty of parking off street in the drive directly in front of the home. Only a 5 minute drive from the nearest convenience mart nestled just outside of Iola and Gas with a short drive over to charming Humboldt.
