"I never write reviews for these sites but feel obliged to for this hostel. It was a total disaster. From the get go the communication was awful. I emailed the owners to arrange transport as stated on the website. After days of hearing nothing they replied saying "it can be arranged" - and other than this there were no further emails. I emailed multiple times and even called but there was no further contact off the owners. On arrival into Nassau there was no one there for a pick up - to be honest...

"Ethan was exceptional!! He was an angel from the first time we walked through the resort. We had a ocean master suite thanks to Ethan. Such a patient caring and wonderful employee. He deserves a bonus. Also special shout to Christie (conceirge). She was very helpful with recommendations of activities for my toddler. Overall an amazing stay. Looking forward to coming back!! God bless you all!"
