"Nice cabin for a couple people as we visited the Cowhee Valley area for a long weekend. The entrance was a bit confusing, but the directions given for check-in made sense once you got there. Bathroom was small, but clean."

"This was a perfect spot secluded, quiet, close to the town of Franklin. Such a beautiful area. Gorgeous views.Plenty of room. The house felt "homey". Bedroom loft is great. Bed is comfortable and it just felt like a peaceful space. Has just about everything you could possibly need for a stay. I really appreciated that. Just a heads up if you like to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen area is pretty tight but does have all the essentials. Not sure if there is a broiler pan. We meant to look but ended up using the grill. The guest is required to completely dispose of all their trash meaning take it to the dump yourself. There is a shed to keep your trash inside but no trash bin to contain your bags of trash. This info is not disclosed in the listing. The only thing regarding trash in the listing is "take out trash" so no specifics about renter having to drive to the dump 15 min away. I'd just like to make renters aware of that because it truly caught me but surprise. I probably still would have rented but I would have preferred to know ahead of time. I love that the porch is safe for dogs. There is a gate you can lock. Just an FYI, the grill area does not have an awning or covering and ladies, there is no full length mirror in the house. The host was very responsive when I reached out to make her aware of something upon arrival. Overall it was a nice stay. Some hikes close. More hikes and waterfalls about an hr away. Plenty to do within an hour or so but also stuff to do in town."

"Many good things here - the kitchen was very nice, beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotlessly clean. There is an air mattress not futon in the office area which is really a closet off master with a window. There is a nice deck and firepit but access from house to deck is a little unusual as it is through a bathroom. I stay3d here for 5 nights with family and friends and enjoyed our stay."

"Loved this place. Perfect setting. Would definitely come back. Debra was very patient with our questions, we had never rented vrbo house before. She was very gracious. She had everything covered. Just like you were at home. I wish there were more Debra's in the world and her daughter was great, too. We felt blessed to find her place."

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was clean and it had everything we needed. The only thing I would point out is that the washer and dryer are in an outside room downstairs under the back porch. Its not convenient if you have bad knees. But other than that I would recommend this house and would stay here again."
The Farmhouse is located in the Beautiful Mountains of Western North Carolina.
